AC-900 - Mist Collector for Floating Oil Mist
This device collects oil mist that leaks from machining centers, NC lathes, and other machine tools, converts it to clean air, and then discharges it. Installing small units in a distributed manner improves the air agitation capacity. We have confirmed results equivalent to a 25% airflow reduction in the same space. When used together with an oil smoke sensor, this device becomes part of an energy-saving system that can suction oil mist at just the right place and time.
GT-4200 - Dedicated Cashless Payment Machine for Parking Facilities
The GT-4200 is a dedicated cashless payment machine for parking facilities that reduces workloads such as collecting money and refilling change. It also helps reduce waste because it does not use parking tickets, ink ribbons, or other consumables and is designed to be both environmentally friendly and improve work efficiency.
GT-4100 - Ticketless Payment Machine for Parking Facilities
Instead of using parking ticket s, the “GT-4100” paystation uses license plates to control the vehicles and to settle parking fees. This is the so called “License Plate Recognition (LPR)” system which has no consumables such as paper tickets and ink-ribbons. Since there are no consumables, there is less waste.

Filterless mist collector “MR series” collects water-soluble mist generated in metal cutting processes, which is global specification mist collector with long-life capture performance, energy-saving effect, and enhanced maintainability compared to the conventional “MJ series”. By newly designing PM motor and inverter respectively, we have achieved global specifications that comply with high-efficiency regulations in various countries and the CE standard, while reducing CO2 emissions.
HAPiiBOT - Small Robotic Floor Scrubber / Electrolyzed Water Unit
“HAPiiBOT”, a small robotic floor scrubber targeting small and mediumsized facilities such as supermarkets. The conventional autonomous driving technology is equipped with AI image technology, making it possible to clean complex and narrow areas. In addition, by installing an electrolyzed water unit, it is possible to generate and use washing water that does not contain surfactants without the need for an electrolyzed water generator, water softener, or water storage tank, etc. In this way, there are no CO2 emissions in the wastewater treatment process after use, which contributes to reducing the environmental impact.
Electrolyzed Water Generator
UV-C An electrolyzed water generator electrolyzes water by adding a small amount of salt and generates two types of water, hypochlorous acid water (acidic electrolyzed water) and alkaline electrolyzed water. When used properly, electrolyzed water has the following properties, and can be used to create a hygienic environment in consideration of people’s safety and the environment.
Properties:
- Hypochlorous acid water (acidic electrolyzed water) has a strong sterilization effect against various types of viruses and bacteria.
- It is highly safe to people, as it is generated from water and salt only.
- Wastewater does not generate CO₂, unlike when a surfactant is used.* 1
- It contains no detergent, so river and marine pollution caused by effluents can be mitigated.
*1 Surfactants emit CO₂ in their treatment process.
EW2000D
